A company whose product lives up to the advertisement. I've purchased Madeira threads for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

Now to figure how to get my employer to buy me one of these. Man it would make my life much easier and provide a more consistent product.

I just bought one and found the "official" UA-cam video singularly unsatisfactory. It shows the lady holding the tool sideays, almost parallel to the front of the machine, not straight, at a right angle to the front face of the machine. The angle you insert the needle is essential for the proper functioning of the machine. Todays video technology is so good that it would be a cinch to make a video with clear close-ups,maybe with a few decent drawings included. I am convinced if this tool was properly explained and shown, tons more would be sold. I had to fiddle for a while to get it right. Super idea poorly marketed.

Thank you for this very informative video. The only thing I think it would be useful, it would be to show the products closely like zoom in the small products. I just bought a machine and everything is new to me, so many items I don't know yet.

Shrink wrap would do the same thing, be trash-able and cost almost nothing. This is why shipping companies have used it forever.

Thank you Madeira USA, from this video I learned about some new tools for us embroidery fans. I think we needed to see closeup’s of the technical tools at work. Meaning zoom in when the advisor is explaining (her hands are more dominant than the example of the actual tool itself)

It's a shame the video production is so poor. There was some valuable information, but you could not hear the presenter, nor see anything she was talking about. 12 wt is difficult to work with and I was really disappointed this wasn't more professional. May I recommend you redo this video again please. You should also talk about what make s a design work with 12 wt, and show examples of tension with the 12wt, not the generic chart. Thank you.

this is great info, thanks for sharing! btw please record these videos in high definition and standard wide format. this one is only available at max resolution of 360dpi which lacks a lot of detail when watching on a large monitor or TV.
